Returning Used Clothes for Refund
If we are aware of damage to an article before we sell it, we will make mention of that when we post the item for sale on our website. Such articles will not be guaranteed against those previously mentioned defects. However, if you find something else wrong with the item upon receiving it, we will refund you the selling price of the item only after seeing evidence that the payment has been received by GreenDress. We do not refund shipping costs. Items being returned to GreenDress by the customer must still have the original GreenDress tag still attached. The item being returned must be received by GreenDress no later than 21 days from the date of purchase.
How you handle the wrong size article
Since all the second hand clothing we sell are “one-offs”, we cannot replace a garment that does not fit you with the same article in a different size. If you are not satisfied with the fit, you may return it under the conditions above for a full refund.
